The Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate charter booking inquiries. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, design, layout, and code — is the property of AST USA LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written permission.

The XOXO name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of AST USA LLC.

When you submit information through our forms (inquiry, booking, guest sign-up), you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the authority to provide it. We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Booking Terms

Charter bookings are governed by our separate Booking Terms & Conditions, which you accept at the time of booking. These Website Terms of Use do not replace or modify the Booking Terms & Conditions.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.
