Information collected automatically: When you visit our website, we collect standard analytics data including pages viewed, time spent, referral source, device type, browser, and approximate location. We also capture UTM parameters from advertising campaigns and Google Click IDs (GCLID) for ad conversion tracking.

Cookies and tracking technologies: We use Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and HubSpot tracking code. These tools place cookies on your device to measure website traffic, understand how visitors use our site, and attribute conversions to advertising campaigns. We may add Meta Pixel in the future for Facebook and Instagram ad tracking.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your contact information and booking details are stored in HubSpot CRM, a third-party customer relationship management platform hosted in the United States. Form submissions are processed through Cloudflare Workers. Payments are processed through Stripe. Email communications are sent through Resend. All service providers maintain industry-standard security practices.

5. Third-Party Services

We share your information with the following service providers solely to operate our business:

  • HubSpot — CRM, contact management, email
  • Google Analytics / Google Ads — website analytics and ad conversion tracking
  • Cloudflare — website hosting, form processing, DNS
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional email delivery

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

6. Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect website functionality. Our site uses:

  • Essential cookies — required for the site to function (session management)
  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics, HubSpot (measure traffic and usage patterns)

We retain your contact information and booking history for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Inactive contact records may be archived after 24 months of no interaction. You may request deletion at any time.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure API authentication, and access controls on all third-party platforms. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
